Free 15 Minute Consultation

This empowers you the opportunity to see if you like us and for us to ensure we can support your needs. During this time we can get to know each other, allowing you to ask questions about us and our approach to your healing. We allow time for each consultation to roll into a full session if you express wanting to move forward with us.

Weekly and Bi Weekly Sessions

Individual Session

We take a mind and body approach to mental health wellness. This means at times we will ask you to move your body as your emotions need, in a healing manner. We provide talk therapy as a safe space for you to explore your own thoughts and experiences. We are happy to hold space for all of your mental health needs

Family Session

During Family Sessions, clinicians will support families in navigating the needs of one another. Clinicians will offer psychoeducation and support to each member present to ensure emotional needs are protected. This is a space to bond and grow as a family.

Parent Education

12 week Class for Parents and Caregivers Presented by Angela
